Remind yourself that you are still new to the office, which means that you have little knowledge about how things work. The best thing that you must do is to think twice before you open your mouth. Do not say words that you are not sure of. You must refrain from giving comments, especially the negative ones. Take note that you still have no idea on the effect that it may have on someone. There is a high probability or chance that you will end up hurting the other person.
